THE LEGACY
John DeLorean created the DeLorean motor company in 1975 and in 5 short years built a working prototype, state of the art factory and was fully operational by 1980 delivering his dream car to the masses by 1981. His car was available in a fully stainless-steel exterior and gull wing doors that was years ahead of its time and at the time no one has ever seen anything so advanced and futuristic. Its exterior styling was crafted from world re-nouned designer Giorgetto Giugiaro who was responsible for other cars such as the Detomaso Pantera, Ferrari 250 gt and the BMW M1 to name a few. Johns’ slogan was live the dream and with that he invited all who could afford his visionary sports car to live his dream too. The car was ultimately immortalized in the 80s classic back to the future sadly too late after Johns company went out of business. Now in 2023 the DeLorean lives on with Moceri Auto Craft carrying the torch so to speak an expanding on Johns original car the DMC12. Johns’ legacy will always live in his cars and the massive hurdles he jumped over to get this amazing rolling work of art built. Our hope is to continue that legacy in the 21st century. Over the last 10 years he has shifted his focus to race driver/car builder to strictly car builder honing and perfecting his craft utilizing cutting edge technology and techniques partnering with some of the best designers and partners in the automotive world.

Our focus and promise is always to push the boundaries of design bringing the legends of yesterday into modern day.
